I started working with Phil Adams six month ago and am very happy I found Angry Donkey. Phil is a wonderful trainer—he motivates his clients to do more than they think they can do but within their level of fitness and their safety in mind. Our sessions are always fun—especially the kick boxing! With Phil I know I will meet my fitness goals. So, give Angry Donkey a try—you won’t be disappointed!

A year ago, I'd just begun a huge life transition. I needed an outlet. Something that would help, with both my physical conditioning and emotional healing. Then, I was introduced to Philip Adams and Angry Donkey Fitness. My personal transition, on all levels, has been nothing short of incredible! Sometimes, you find something and the right Coach and it's magic. It's my workout, my release, and my therapy, (who knew strength training, punching, and kicking things would be so much fun?!🤣).
Difficult? Absolutely! Worth it? Without question!

His knowledge, encouragement and compassion make Phil with Angry Donkey Fitness stand out above others in the business. His workouts are thoughtful and deliberate, developed to help me achieve my personal fitness goals. His attention to detail is outstanding, as he notices when he needs to tweak an exercise in order for me to continue to meet gains in a workout, but not aggravate an issue I had with my shoulder. I highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a true fitness trainer.
